In response to the "Preserve Avalon" sign spouter: The signs are on 22nd Street because 22nd Street needs the most support. They have the most to lose in property value and will be geographically impacted the most. Why would signs be in front of homes to be demolished? Most homes in Avalon are owned by vacationers, many who have no clue of the plans.
