The low-income housing in Rio Grande will be a disaster. Crime will increase and property values will plummet. The schools will be flooded with delinquents and parents of good kids will pull their kids out of Middle schools. The same will happen in Court House if the other Conifer project isn't stopped. Low-income housing just brings in undesirables and crime.
