Spout Off readers, using their critical thinking skills, must view with a raised eyebrow a recent spout claiming "the vast majority" of teachers will not be attending the annual teachers convention in A.C. since they will be off to sunny Fla. Why do people make such statements, and expect readers to concur, when many districts require proof of attendance, or some work, in kind, at the schools?
