To a previous spouter: I agree, not paying rent is stealing and they should go to jail. We need our elected officials to pass laws making this a crime. It seems when someone wants to move into Wildwood, they stop paying their rent, trash the place, then move out once you file for eviction. This has happened to me and others I know several times. It's time to put a stop to this.
