North Cape May needs the walkway along the bay. There's way too many people using the roadway as a personal trail or bike path. It is amazing no one has been hit or injured. The walkway would be an asset to the community. Just look at the walkway in North Wildwood; it is one of the best spots in South Jersey. Come on Lower Twp., let's move ahead!
