I agree there are parking traps in the city. These need to be marked with the yellow paint to indicate specific distance from a stop sign. One location, 1st and New Jersey aves., there are no markings to indicate the appropriate distance from the stop sign. It appears selective enforcement on the part of the police department is the rule of thumb at this location.
