In response to the Avalon spouters regarding a boutique hotel on a residential street: I currently live on a nice, quiet beach block in North Wildwood and have done so for many years. If a new establishment were to raise residential properties on my street, and if someone were to put up a commercial business with liquor, I would be upset too. This is why we have zoning laws in town. The property owners should complain loud to the zoning board, mayor and council.
