To the Stone Harbor spouter complaining about being issued tickets: There is no need to "fluff" your story and add that Stone Harbor policemen have tint on their personal vehicles; it's in their policy that they cannot have window tint. Stop trying to bring the police down, and just pay your fine because, after all, you were in violation.
