The federal gov. has 'limited powers' per the Constitution. They have overstepped their powers and 'we the people' have allowed it to happen. State gov. has 'expanded powers' per the Constitution. The states have lost many of their powers to the fed. and 'we the people' have allowed it to happen. 'We the people' are the government per the Constitution. They work for us and they are to represent what 'we the people' want, not what they want. 'We the people' must demand they follow the Constitution. Downsize the unconstitutional departments of the fed gov. now!
