A mother expressed her concern that her son might be subjected to service in Africa to help combat the Ebola threat. I can tell you that our son is already there among those leading the fight, and one key point to be made is our troops will have no physical contact with the Ebola victims; they are only there to set up portable clinics and train the local population to combat the disease. If we don't deal with what is now a disaster, it soon will explode into a catastrophe; i.e., WHO indicating as many as a million and a half by Jan. With those kinds of numbers, it could easily end up here.
