Purely for tax reasons, many big companies are involved with a process of inversion, moving their business overseas or merging with a foreign-owned company. They have no serious regard for job losses to Americans, and this is exactly what Frank LoBiondo and all other House Republicans achieved in their recent vote to hinder inversions. Americans of all political stripes should be outraged.
