To the spouter from Ocean City who thinks that the location of the police station in Lower doesn't matter: It will make that area safer, protect the kids in Memorial school right behind it, and make the entire neighborhood feel safer. Why do so many other towns put their police on the main road right next to the town hall? The original decision to put the police in an airport was absurd, and amazes professional police administrators. Why would Chief Mastriana be so passionate in support of the move and why are the Republican councilmen against it?
