Avalon's past and present planners have made Avalon a pleasant, safe family town. Our current laws reflect that. The proposed hotel project for the center of town would require zoning changes and variances for land uses and building heights. It establishes a hardship and creates a precedence. I hope and pray that our good Lord provides due diligence to our town's leaders.
