To the spouters concerned about the West Cape May Winery: I would like to opine that it has nothing to do with traffic on Stevens St. The closed sessions within the WCM Borough's monthly meetings and the finality of the water loss will eventually go away without restitution because the water is not lost. The borough knows exactly where it is going, ask the WCM water department. The apparent harassment against Willow Creek Winery is exactly the same harassment against the potential development on 6th St. back in 2004. The penalty to taxpayers was a 2009 water and sewer rate increase. Why?
