I agree with the spouter's remarks about the motorcycle police unit. I can also add the five Humvee's North Wildwood took as free excess government vehicles. What they didn't tell you is the city spent more than $20,000 on painting the vehicles blue and white, and purchasing new white convertible tops. This doesn't include the increase cost of insurance, fuel and maintenance. They have not been used once on the beach or streets in months.
