It appears our beloved country is once again headed to war, with over 2,000 deployments to Iraq and now, another 3,000 of our troops headed to Central Africa to deal with the Ebola virus, a particularly dangerous and risky mission. Can any reader actually recall a more peaceful, tranquil period in time when foreign problems were less scary, and the future looked bright for our kids?
