Regarding the right turn on red response: I made no reference to the light at 3rd Ave. and 96th St. I am speaking about traffic lights in general. As a homeowner, I am well aware of the summer vs. winter traffic rules. Please try to read the entire post and perhaps better understand what is being said before voicing criticism.
