Recent tragic and fatal accidents involving teen drivers is a reminder of the need to enforce motor vehicle restrictions pertaining to teen drivers, including how many others are allowed in their car, the hour and the display of the required red sticker. From what we all see, there is flagrant abuse of these laws, and the blame goes on the parent, as well as our cops who sadly seem to look the other way.
