I needed some deed information at the County Clerk's Office and the woman, Laura, who helped me was a joy. She was working with another person when I arrived, but she greeted me as if she was happy to see me. I watched while she patiently helped the woman in front of me; she was engaging and helpful to her. When I told her what I needed, she was just as personable and helpful to me. This old man was impressed and I hope the county knows what a gem they have in her.
