In reference to the dog beach at Poplar Ave.: Now that we have one, are dogs allowed to be walked on the boardwalk? If not, then the Class II Officers need to enforce the "No Dogs on Boardwalk" rule. All summer long, we saw dogs walking on the boards with their families.
