I don't understand why when a government entity has a system in place with checks and balances, such as a school district with the superintendent, the administration, the school board and the teachers, the people involved don't just let the system work to produce the best product for the students. There always seems to be a power struggle and the only people to suffer are the most important ones, the students. It's time to let the system work.
