As I sit here reading complaints of firehouse sirens, bike riders and loud music, I have to say Stone Harbor has much bigger issues than these. I have watched the town go downhill over the years. The shopping district is not what it used to be. Most of the better stores have left the town. I feel that there are so many kids working in these stores that don't take the job seriously, therefore zero customer service. The shopping district looks shabbier every year. Most of the good events have been replaced with ones that are less family orientated and crime is on the rise.
