When are the Cape May police going to do something about the bicycle riders and skateboarders? They ride the wrong way on one way streets, go through red lights and have children following them. We are doing more harm than good by letting this continue with tourists. Also, nine out of 10 people are on their cell phones; residents and non-residents. Police target seat belts, why not target cell phone users? These are state laws.
