Thank you to the SIC Police Department for checking out the disturbing, high-pitched noise generated somewhere in the vicinity of St. Joseph's Church. This seems to be an ongoing problem and I'm not sure what causes the noise, but it is very disturbing when it doesn't stop after two hours! If it is coming from the church property, then someone should be told to fix it or be fined! SIC does have an ordinance in place for noise disturbances, correct?
