I went through Belleplain on county road 550 Aug. 18 around 10:45 a.m. There was a Cape May County pick-up parked on the side of the road near the State Forest entrance. When I went back home about an hour and a half later, the truck was sitting in the same spot. There were no mowers or clean up crews around. Is this what we pay taxes for, midday naps?
