Again this year, the beach between 26th and Schellenger is a mess every time it rains. Unless an event is being held there, you will not see a tractor raking the sand to make it easier for taxpayers/homeowners and visitors to reach the sand. Time to let the Army Corps build the dunes and have the mayor worry about lowering property taxes, since the recent assessment raised my taxes by 18 percent.
