We are outraged and insulted by the spouter who wildly claimed more Hispanics commit crimes of stealing personal identity data than those overseas students. The National Security Council publicly named these east Europeans hacking into billions of people's accounts. Where is the proof that Latinos are stealing "millions" of social security numbers, and wouldn't we also be hearing about this?
