Where my councilman in Ward 2 stands on the issues seems to change daily. Steven Morey, the advisory board member, who wanted a sidewalk along the bay, had the complete backing of Councilman Neville. The councilman came out numerous times in the paper about the sidewalk. At the latest council meeting, Neville said that he appreciated the adv. board's work. How can the councilman be respected when he flip-flopped on the issue? People for, or against the project will remember in Nov. that Neville's words are empty.
