Drive through any black community in any major city in this country and you will find the windows and doors on many homes with security bars. It must be a terrible way to live, but with crime at an all time high in our cities, what can the innocent people do? The failure of our leaders is partly to blame, along with one parent households and no role models for young children to look up to.
