I agree with Art Hall's opinion piece on whether the 26th Amendment to the Constitution, changing the voting age to 18, may be contributing to the current state of affairs with our government. This feeling gets reinforced whenever I watch Jesse Watters conduct his interviews, especially with young adults. They seem to have no knowledge or understanding about what is going on in this country, never mind events around the world. They have no appreciation for their responsibility to elect qualified men and women to govern this country in a way that maintains its leadership position in the world.
