I know drug addiction is a disease. This problem has forced me to make sure all doors and windows are locked in the summer; while going for a walk, everything is locked down. How about the victims of these addicts? I have found needles and pill bottles on my walk. I do not call the police. There is no way to identify who left all this paraphernalia laying around. What about the homeowners who pay their taxes; where is our protection?
