Florida, and most, if not all states south of New Jersey have clean beaches with lifeguards and without beach tags. Florida is year round. Beach tags are a political rip off with no accurate accountability. New Jersey is #1 for ripping off tourist and property owners in so may ways. It will never stop because politicians are getting rich.
