Every morning between 5-7 a.m., a small blue car without a muffler drives on West Forget-me-not Road, West Rosemary and then Park Blvd. toward Wildwood. Neighbors have complained to police. We are tired of being awakened early every morning for the past two months. I work until 2 a.m. and this car wakes me up before 7 a.m. The car has an expired inspection sticker, but is still allowed to be on our streets and disturbing our quiet community.
