The festival of lights in Stone Harbor, while it was great to see it back, was a waste. The old one 40+ years ago was done in the dark, not at sunset with some daylight still around. Plus 90 percent of the boats were not done as well as some of the docks. Maybe for the year 200, we should be given a year's notice so we can really bring it back.
