Dogs are fine in their place, but I will never understand what makes some dog owners think they can turn a pleasant little seashore town into their own personal litter box where their precious pets can use the bathroom on everyone else's property. Not to mention the incessant barking that shatters the peacefulness of the early morning as these animals spread their goodwill around town!
