Lower Cape May Regional, I think you did a good job negotiating your teacher's contracts. Teachers will never be rich. I think good teachers are underpaid and I think lazy teachers are overpaid. I will say I am disappointed that we will be paying any teachers to do the job of aides. I am not sure how teachers earn the position of study hall supervisor or classroom aide but I do know we the taxpayers are spending too much money to pay a teacher to provide this service.
