The trash collection in Avalon is deplorable. It is 4:50 p.m. on our trash and recycling pick up day and everyone's containers sit full on the sidewalks. It looks awful and smells worse. Not a good impression of our town. Perhaps Avalon needs to reconsider the new contract or consider some guidelines for the contractor.
