As a mom, I couldn't help but be moved watching video of those adult protesters banging on and screaming at the buses carrying those small Central American children at the border. Those children, toddlers and preteens must have been terrified. We all realize they should never have been allowed to make the trip but really, what was accomplished by this ugly, frightening mob scene?
