Some visitors here never cease to amaze me. I watched someone leave a rental unit up the street, cross the street, put their trash bag in a can by the school and then leave. The can doesn't belong to the school or the town, it was left there by a landscaper who forgot it. Wonder how long that trash filled can will stay there? Also, someone tried to steal a sign from a neighbor's flower bed. If you asked, they would have told you where to buy one, but just taking it because you think it is your right is rude.
