In recent weeks, I have had several unpleasant experiences with employees at various merchants in the area. Why do people who are not happy, friendly and courteous take jobs working with the public if they are going to be rude and nasty? Maybe some of them should re-think their career options and please don't tell me they might have been having a bad day. That is no excuse for rudeness.
