The Franklin Street recreation building is a disgrace and a health hazard. I just came back to my home in Cape May, went to fitness classes and saw the same bugs and dirt from last year. There is a sticky bug collection box on the ground dated January 2013! The paint is peeling everywhere, the weeds are growing all around and broken bottles are on the property. Then I find out that the pool has not been fixed; it broke last August. My taxes are twice as high here and I get five times less.
