The bus shelter in front of Payless in Rio Grande is an eyesore. I pass by there everyday on my way to work and the same five shopping carts have been there for the past few days. In a perfect world, people would not remove them from the store lot, but we know that isn't going to happen. Is the Middle Township ordinance regarding shopping carts being enforced?
