Drivers need to slow down and be alert while on the roadways. While on my way to work June 18, I passed the park in Del Haven and noticed an adult goose and three of its goslings slaughtered on the road. This is unacceptable and totally avoidable. Follow the speed limit, slow down and stay alert. Not only are there many geese there in the spring that cross the roadway, but children and families also cross the road to get to the park. Slow down, save a life.
