To the spouter who said maybe people in Village Green share trash cans with neighbors to save money: I know for a fact that's true. Not only neighbors, but friends two blocks away. Suppose one of their bags break as they are transporting them. Garbage all over the sidewalk or street. If you can't afford to pay for a weekly pick up, you shouldn't be living here.
