A customer physically assaults one of my employees at my business and I have surveillance video of the entire assault. I call N. Wildwood police. They respond and tell me that they will not arrest the assaulter unless they personally witness the incident, even though I have video of the entire thing. Are you serious NWPD? When did this become a rule?
