Walking along Pinewood Road in Town Bank, we turned south onto Shore Drive and noticed a realtor sign indicating that a home is coming shortly. It appears that building a home on this lot will cause a lot of confusion and safety problems in the area, and will make it very unsafe for other bikers, walkers and vehicular traffic on these well used streets. There is no parking on either side of Shore Dr. How will construction deliveries be received? Will it be necessary to close off Pinewood Rd. and Fernwood Rd? Will a traffic officer be necessary? Where will the workers park?
