Dogs should not be allowed on the beach in Lower Twp. This past Memorial Day I watched a steady stream of people parading down the beach with unleashed dogs. I don't want your dog coming anywhere near me or my family. You might think everyone loves your dog, but most people don't. I witnessed a woman walking her unleashed dog May 25. As she was 100 feet away from her dog, another dog attacked her dog. The attacking dog was leashed with a 25 foot leash and not secured. This all takes place from within feet of multiple toddlers and young kids. Huge safety risk. No dogs on beach after 10:00 a.m.
