As a handicapped and disabled veteran, I would like to give high praise to the Wildwood Police Department. At every parade that I have attended through the years, in which the intersections were blocked by officers of the Wildwood PD, as the flag passed, the officers stood at attention and saluted the flag. I own a summer house in Wildwood, but I live in an upper income community in the winter. The highly paid and benefited officers of my police department do not come to attention and salute the flag when it passes.
