There was a time when people would use their own vehicles to get to their work destination. Anyone who is issued a city owned vehicle will, at some point, abuse that privilege. I get that. My point is that this is one of the biggest expenses for any government. If these vehicles are being issued, there should be an extremely hard look on who needs to have them. Some of the people in these townships can't put gas in their own cars in these extremely hard times. Many times, when any government needs to save, they start there. It's very costly!
