The new educator evaluation being used is designed to better the education process for students and enhance teacher performance, both in and out of the classroom setting. The evaluation system is also designed to identify teachers that are not performing and yes, to remove them if they do not improve over a generous amount of years. Please do not blame students for poor teacher performance when the tools teachers need to succeed are part of the evaluation criteria.
